The History, Political Science, and International Studies department contains three distinct programs. History touches on the whole range of human heritage. While focusing on the past, also helps students understand the present and provides a strong foundation for the future. Learn more about History on the program website. Students of Political Science study and evaluate government, politics, and public policies. Students in the program are not necessarily those who are enthusiastic about government, but those who appreciate the importance of politics and government in determining what happens to us.
