Registrations are now CLOSED for this year's Orchestra Festival
This year we are giving any of your high school seniors who are thinking of attending UMD, the opportunity to audition for a Music Scholarship - these auditions are reserved for prospective UMD Music students attending UMD during the 2024-2025 academic year. Please indicate your Music Scholarship candidate on the registration form for this event. Your seniors may also register for a scholarship audition the morning of our UMD Orchestra event and their audition time will be assigned the morning of October 26th.

9:00 – 11:30am Rehearsal - MPAC
Repertoire for Honor Orchestra 2023
11:30am – 1:00pm Lunch / Free time
You may bring your own lunch, or buy it at the UMD Dining Center or Food Court.
1:00 – 2:00pm Sectionals
Weber Hall, Singer Hall, Humanities 170, Humanities 222 (order TBA)
2:00 – 3:30pm Touch up on all pieces (order TBA)
3:30 – 3:50pm Relax and get ready. 3:50pm On-Stage (Warm-up)
4:00pm Concert* - Venue - Marshall Performing Arts Center (Free Admission)
