10:00Am Restorative Yin Yoga

At Duluth Yoga (14 East St. Marie Street, Duluth)

(Led by Dr. Chloe Diamond Lenow, UMD WGSS Faculty and Certified Yoga Instructor)
The class is donation-based and all proceeds will go directly to PAVSA.  
The class is accessible to students of all levels and bodies (great for folks with injuries!).  Wear anything that is comfortable and lets you move. We have 30 extra mats at DY so we will also have mats for people free to rent. Chloe will use "consent chips" so participants can opt in/out of receiving hands on assists for each pose.
