New Issue of Survive and Thrive: A Journal of Medical Humanities and Narrative Medicine

We are proud to announce a new Issue of Survive and Thrive: A Journal of Medical Humanities and Narrative Medicine, on Voices of the Incarcerated.

Thanks to two UMD alumni for making this project possible. Thanks to alum Laura Thro (Master of Professional Studies), who suggested this theme for this issue, and to co-editor and alum Julia Brown (English and Literacy & Rhetorical Studies) for connecting S&T to the SUNY projects.

Thanks to Robert Chase, Zebulon Miletsky, and Susan Scheckel of SUNY for the content in this special issue of
Survive and Thrive. Because our publishing system requires a working email address for every submission (for author contact), Susan Scheckel is listed as a co-author on each submission.

If you would like to propose a special issue of Survive and Thrive, reach out to the editors.
