My years as a UMD History major had a profound influence on both my professional and personal life. [They] gave me more than content knowledge.
UMD introduced me to my first museum job at Glensheen! I am so glad I got to explore the field as an undergrad so that I could get to know my passions.
History gives perspective and context that carries through to this day. It was also a good background for Law. I always felt I picked the right major.
I graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law Magna Cum Laude and received the Alumni Association Award.
