This scholarship celebrates students with a commitment to professional writing, with an interest in the ways that technology can be used in writing. Lemm, a double major in English and in Writing Studies, exemplifies such a student. Her interests include a love for classic literature, a passion for the arts, and experience in writing creative fiction, which make her the kind of student that this scholarship is designed to celebrate.

Writing Studies undergraduate major Mae Lemm has been selected to receive the Ken and Dana Risdon Scholarship from the College of Liberal Arts. This scholarship carries an award in the amount of $1,000 given over the 2024-2025 academic year.
