Bowen's CNC seafloor carvings created during his Artist-at-Sea residency will be included in a group exhibition at the Explorers Club in New York March 16 - 20, 2022. This exhibition features works created by artists participating in the Schmidt Ocean Institute Artist-at-Sea program.
In February Bowen's work tele-present wind was featured in the International Festival of Multidisciplinary and Electronic Arts at Mois Multi, Quebec City. This group exhibition featured works that explored intersections between art and technology.
March 15 Bowen presented his work remotely to graduate students and faculty in the Art and Technology Studies program at the School of the Art Institute Chicago. This lecture was in conjunction with the Wrong Biennial and an exhibition titled Pan-Tilt-Zoom.
