New Online Courses Offered Aimed At Helping Healthcare Professionals

We’re excited to introduce two new self-paced online training courses designed specifically for the needs of rural healthcare staff. ELWS's own Dr. Van Wert served as a collaborator on this project!
 
 
 

✔ Job Crafting for Meaningful Work in Rural Health Care
✔ Finding Your Inner Leader
 
 
 

These short, flexible courses (60–75 minutes each) help healthcare professionals build leadership, strengthen workplace relationships, and reconnect with meaning in their work.

Introducing the course “Job Crafting for Meaningful Work in Rural Health Care.” The course helps healthcare workers reshape their daily tasks and relationships to better align with their strengths and values, fostering greater purpose and reducing burnout. Slide introducing the course “Finding Your Inner Leader.” The module emphasizes that leadership is not limited to management roles and encourages healthcare workers to recognize their influence, develop self-awareness, and contribute positively to team.
