Mia has earned a Master of Arts in Management from The College of St. Scholastica and an MA in English as a Second Language from Hamline University. She worked as an office administrator at UW-Superior for eight years and has been at UMD since 2015. Mia is passionate about environmental and equity-related causes. She is a (slow but steady) runner and loves snowboarding and yoga.
